Well - we survived!

Christmas is over!

I really do love Christmas but oh my goodness - I am glad it's over!! Is that bad?

The girls enjoyed themselves immensely. They got WAY too many toys and WAY too much of everything else but they had fun and so did we so all must be well ... right?

Actually, they did get more than toys and attention - they all got SICK!! Ugh! It was awful! They all 3 had coughs, congestion, etc...etc. Poor Emme got it the worst (of course!). She had the whole fever thing which led to vomiting which led to fighting over taking meds and on and on. We loaded them all up and took them into the doc's office. Olivia got off with no antibiotics but Sophie and Emme both had to have them and Emme even had to have a shot! :(
I think she felt so bad that it kinda happened without her even realizing it. Which was good. She felt better the next day and they all have only been improving. We aren't fighting over getting the meds down anymore either which is ALWAYS a good thing. Olivia goes next week for her vaccines (some of them) and I'm NOT looking forward to that. It always makes me so nervous. I just realized that she is now 16 months old ...

HOW!?! How did that happen so quickly!?!? It makes me want to cry. It passes by so fast. Too fast. :(
