This kid is scary

I think I've said it before but Olivia really is frightening in some of the things she does. I guess it's from having older sisters to emulate. It just seems odd to me though.

For what seems like forever, when she wakes up in the morning - she just gets up. Meaning, she will wake up and crawl to the end of the bed and then just come walking into the room like she's grown up or something. HA! It cracks me up!!
She is a climber and will climb on anything and everything. She loves to climb into the little rocking chairs and rock but the only problem is that she hasn't really mastered the art of getting down so she will sit and fuss until someone rescues her.
She has also gotten into the habit of climbing into the KITCHEN chairs! Now, those are considerably larger and those really make me nervous but a girl's gotta do what a girl has to do.

She also has taken to drawing. She likes to color and draw right along with Sophie....isn't that kinda weird for a one year old? I mean, I've been down this path twice before and don't remember it starting out quite this young! Emme got a doodle pad for her birthday but I don't think she has been able to wrangle it from Olivia long enough to play with it.

She likes to line things up. For example, the other day we were eating goldfish and I just put them in a pile in front of her. Well, she would have none of that! She took them...one by one, and lined them up in front of her. She likes to group things up, too. What's up with that???

She just seems to do things that are beyond her years, you know? If Sophie and Emme are in the bouncy ... she wants in. If they are riding in the Barbie jeep ... she wants to ride. She wants to do just as much or more than they do. She is such a happy and contented little baby and we are so blessed to have her around. Even if she does freak us out most of the time.
