Emme's World

Emme has a new game that we usually play at least once a day...sometimes twice.
Here's the scenerio ...

Emme says to me:

"Your name is Joanne"
"My name is Calico"
"Daddy is George"
"Sister is Ginger"
and "Olivia (or Liv-jua') is SaraBeth" ...

Meow ... meow ....

"I'm a kitty and I'm playing by myself"

Then Sophie (or Ginger, rather) goes on to play with an imaginary ball of yarn. She's actually quite good. She lays on her back and bounces that ball of yarn up and catches it mid-air! It's amazing!

Olivia, errrr.. I mean, SaraBeth goes on to chew on something and then gets fussed at by Emme....

"SaraBeth! Why you do that?!"

Imagination runs rampant in this family. Maybe we should introduce "Lou" into the bunch. He is an imaginary crab friend of Sophie's that has been around for YEARS. But, maybe he's too old and cranky to deal with kitty-cats? Is there some imaginary line that you are never supposed to cross??

I think I'm just making my head hurt. All these imaginary games can get confusing. Especially with Sophie the Dictator directing. She has so many rules and regulations .. it's hard to follow. Emme is fairly easy to follow but once you start ... there is no end!

Makes me imagine what Olivia will be into?? I know that it'll be lots of fun, very tiring and quite the imagination.
