Birthday survival
Yes. Yes. I've been absent again .... It's CRAZY around here. Crazy. I can't imagine when the girls get *really* involved in extra-curricular activities and such. I'll need a personal assistant or something. Hmmmmmmmm.....??
So, we survived the birthdays and have only a slight breather until Christmas is upon us. Good grief - why couldn't we be some of those people that actually PLAN OUT when they will have their kids?!? Oh....yeah....we didn't have a choice, did we? Oh well ...
It was fun! Other than a cake mishap (which is a entry unto itself) and a party crasher (which will be included in the cake entry) ... all went well with Sophie's birthday party! We had it here *AGAIN!* and had a jumper - *AGAIN!* - but that is what she wanted to that is what we did. She had lots of her little friends over - all girls and one boy but he didn't seem to mind. They are good friends from school. They jumped and busted a pinata and ate cake and ice cream and played. Presents were plenty and we had goody bags to go so I believe it was a success.

The NEXT DAY! Yes, we are insane - - We had family over to celebrate Olivia's second birthday. She had pretty much partied the day before so really it was all about the presents - oh, and cake! *another cake mishap but you know you'll hear about that one, too* She was so cute with her gifts and cake and such. She is funny.

We had about a 2 week rest and then it was time for Emme's birthday! We had it at Bayou Gymnastics (again!) and it went fairly well. Emme at the time didn't seem to be having much fun (she has gotten fairly shy and clingy again - it's age four, I tell you! I'm certain of it!) but when we got home and asked her if she had a good time - it got rave reviews! She had lots of little friends show up and many presents. Now where to put all of this stuff....

Now on to Christmas!
